Scouting is an active educational movement of national and international nature that has as its ultimate goal the physical, moral and spiritual formation of World youth.

Born in 1907 by an idea of the English Lieutenant General Robert Baden-Powell (affectionately called B.-P. by all che scouts around the world), this educational method is based on volunteering and “learning by doing” through activities mainly in the outdoors where the youngsters, that and divided into small groups, grow up acquiring more and more knowledge and responsibilities.

The Scout method was thought by Baden-Powell and consists of a series of physical, spiritual and moral dictates of non-formal education distributed in goals according to the age of the youths.
